Senior Track & Trace Administrator

At Amalia Technologies, we work with regulated life science companies and their suppliers, helping them navigate the complex world of GxP compliance. Due to the high level of ongoing projects, we are looking for a Senior Track & Trace Administrator in India to join our team. The right candidate will find themselves working in the middle of it all, delivering high-quality, compliant systems to our clients and working directly with our Project Managers (PM) and Subject Matter Experts (SME). The work-from-home model applies for this position, though travel to a client’s location will also be required. In addition, as we need to support global clients, evening or night shifts might be required. This role requires a high level of drive, independence, and the ability to bring solutions to the table. What we're looking for MA is preferable, but a BA is acceptable in IT, Informatics, or other similar disciplines. Proven proficiency in English. Other languages are a plus. Extensive experience (7+ years) in managing and implementing TraceLink and/or SAP ATTP solutions. Experience with SAP ERP, EWM, BPM, PI/PO and S/4HANA projects is a plus. Extensive experience with Life Sciences and regulatory requirements is a must. Proficiency with global Track & Trace and Serialization Regulations. Ability to validate and support regulatory compliance requirements Experience in Business Process Modelling or Test Automation is a plus. Strong critical thinking and analytical skills in solving technical issues. Ability to communicate effectively and clearly with the team and clients in written and oral form.
