Role Description The Nursing Skills Instructor is a full-time, on-site role based in Guwahati. This role involves delivering structured training sessions in clinical skill labs and simulation environments, focusing on core nursing procedures, critical care practices, and OSCE preparation. The instructor will design and update curricula, create lesson plans and assessment tools, and provide individualized feedback to learners to strengthen both technical skills and clinical judgment. Daily responsibilities include demonstrating evidence-based nursing techniques, supervising practice sessions, evaluating performance, and supporting learners in developing clear and effective healthcare communication. The Nursing Skills Instructor will collaborate with partner colleges, academic coordinators, and internal teams to align training with institutional requirements and evolving clinical standards.
