E-commerce Operations & Customer Support Executive - Shopify

We are looking for a motivated, organised, and customer-focused E-commerce Operations & Customer Support Executive to join our growing and dynamic team at Conor.

In this role, you will support the smooth day-to-day operations of our e-commerce business while ensuring our customers receive excellent service. You will be involved in managing customer enquiries, processing and coordinating orders, handling Shopify-related tasks, and working closely with the team to keep our online operations running efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day e-commerce and operational activities
• Manage and process orders through Shopify
• Respond to customer enquiries and provide excellent customer support
• Coordinate order processing, fulfilment, shipping, and delivery-related tasks
• Assist with Shopify product, order, customer, and store management
• Handle customer issues, returns, exchanges, and order-related queries
• Support general e-commerce and administrative tasks
• Communicate effectively with customers, suppliers, shipping partners, and team members
• Identify operational issues and help find practical solutions
• Help ensure a smooth and positive customer experience

Ideal Candidate:

• Previous experience working with e-commerce platforms, specifically Shopify, is required
• Good understanding of Shopify order management and day-to-day store operations
• Previous experience in e-commerce operations, customer support, or online retail
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Well-organised and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Good problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail
• Comfortable working with online tools, systems, and e-commerce software
• Able to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work as part of a team
