Inside Sales Executive

Location: Onsite - Kondapur, Hyderabad

Work Schedule: 5 days a week

Shift: EST Hours (in IST: 8:00 PM - 5:00 AM)

Note: Travel/Accommodation facility will be provided

About the Role

We’re Scale.jobs, a Techstars-backed, profitable startup building the future of job search while shipping world-class products out of Hyderabad. We’re looking for a driven Outbound Sales Executive (US Region) to support and grow our US-region B2C sales efforts through high-volume outreach and strong conversion focus.

What You'll Own

• Own the full outbound motion, prospect, pitch, and close US customers daily at high velocity through cold calling
• Drive conversions through effective communication and follow-ups
• Operate in sync with US EST hours, understand the customer, the culture, and the clock

Who We're Looking For

• 2-4 years of outbound / telesales experience (mandatory)
• You've dialed hundreds of cold calls and know how to handle rejection without flinching
• Comfortable working night shifts aligned to US EST
• Exceptional spoken English, clear, confident, and persuasive every single time
• Self-driven and execution-obsessed, you don't wait to be told what to do
