Role Description The Social Media Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in the Mohali district. This role is responsible for planning, creating, and managing content across social media platforms to increase brand visibility, engagement, and conversions. Day-to-day tasks include developing and executing social media calendars, coordinating with internal teams for campaign assets, monitoring performance metrics, and optimizing posts using SMO best practices. The Social Media Manager will also respond to audience interactions, stay updated on platform trends and algorithms, and prepare regular reports with insights and recommendations.
