Role Description The Online Teacher role at CreateNLearn is a remote, contract position focused on delivering interactive, online classes in STEM, AI, Music, and Math to students of various ages and skill levels. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing and organizing engaging lesson plans, facilitating live virtual sessions, guiding students through project-based activities, and providing clear explanations of concepts using platforms such as Scratch, Roblox, Minecraft, or similar tools. The Online Teacher will monitor student progress, offer constructive feedback, and adapt teaching methods to support diverse learning styles. Additional tasks include maintaining a positive and inclusive online classroom environment, communicating with caregivers or guardians as needed, and collaborating with the CreateNLearn team to refine curriculum and learning materials.

Qualifications

• Strong foundational skills in Teaching and Education, with experience delivering online or in-person instruction.
• Demonstrated ability in Lesson Planning and Training, including designing structured, project-based learning activities.
• Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and engage learners of different ages.
• Comfort with digital tools and online teaching platforms; familiarity with STEM, coding, AI, music creation tools, or math enrichment is highly beneficial.
• Ability to create an inclusive, supportive learning environment and manage classroom dynamics in virtual settings.
• Relevant academic background in Education, Computer Science, Mathematics, Music, or related fields, or equivalent teaching experience.
• Reliable internet connection, suitable hardware for online instruction, and willingness to work flexible hours aligned with class schedules.
