Remote | Part-time or Full-time

Rate: $5-$7 USD per hour

Closer Control is the all-in-one operating system for real estate wholesalers and investors. We help acquisition teams automate follow-up, manage deals, and close faster. As we grow, we’re looking for a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant with deep GoHighLevel experience to join our team and keep operations running smoothly.

What You’ll Do

CRM Management & Automation

• Build, optimize, and manage CRM automations and workflows in GoHighLevel
• Integrate third-party tools and customize CRM features to meet client needs

IT Support & Customer Fulfillment

• Handle customer support tickets and resolve technical issues promptly
• Assist with new client onboarding and integration calls
• Ensure client requests are completed quickly and accurately

Client Interaction

• Run integration calls to tailor solutions to each client
• Provide training and ongoing support on using GoHighLevel effectively

Operations & Admin

• Oversee project timelines, documentation, and other back-office tasks
• Keep day-to-day operations organized and on schedule

What We’re Looking For

• Proven Virtual Assistant experience with hands-on GoHighLevel expertise
• Strong automation and CRM process-building skills
• Excellent communication (written & verbal) and problem-solving abilities
• Familiarity with real estate wholesaling/investing is a plus
• Reliable internet connection and a proactive, detail-driven work style
