What We're Looking For

We are currently hiring Management & Strategy Consultants to join our high-impact Strategy and Innovation Practice in India. This is an opportunity for seasoned consultants with a client-facing pedigree from leading firms or deep expertise in technology and innovation strategy within industrial sectors.

• Have direct, client-facing consulting experience at a top-tier firm (BCG, McKinsey, Bain, etc.)
\n
• Have deep expertise in business and non-IT technology strategy or innovation roadmapping within the industrial sector (mining, chemicals, manufacturing, etc.)
\n

\n

Roles that are purely research-based or back-office in nature will not be considered. We appreciate your understanding.

What You'll Do

\n

At Stratalis, every project is different and that's exactly the point. Whether it is:

• Helping a top global mining firm anticipate the next wave of disruption,

• Developing technology roadmaps for a global chemicals giant, or
\n
• Supporting a major financial services firm to reimagine the future of its industry, you'll be at the forefront of building what doesn't yet exist.

You'll work in agile, cross-continental teams, often directly with senior clients. Expect responsibility, impact, and the chance to drive change at scale.

What You Bring

\n

Experience:

\n

\n
• 4+ years in top-tier strategy consulting or innovation/tech strategy in industrial sectors
\n
• Experience with technology strategy and roadmapping is a strong plus
\n

\n

Education:

\n

\n
• Advanced degree (MBA, PhD, or equivalent) with strong academics
\n
• MBAs from top Indian institutions (IIMs, ISB, etc.) or engineering degrees from IITs/NITs/IIITs preferred
\n

\n

Skills:

\n

\n
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and storytelling abilities
\n
• Excellent PowerPoint and executive presentation skills; Excel proficiency a plus
\n
• Outstanding verbal and written English communication
\n
