About the Role:

Ditansource is looking for a Project Management Executive to join our team. This opportunity is suitable for freshers who are interested in project coordination, task management, team communication, client coordination, and business operations.

The selected candidate will be responsible for coordinating project activities, tracking tasks and deadlines, communicating with team members and clients, maintaining project records, and supporting the successful completion of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in planning and coordinating project activities.

Coordinate with team members to ensure tasks are completed on time.

Track project timelines, deadlines, and deliverables.

Communicate with clients and team members regarding project updates.

Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to the team.

Maintain project-related documents, reports, and records.

Identify delays or issues and communicate them to the concerned team members.

Follow up on pending tasks and ensure timely completion.

Organize meetings, discussions, and project-related communication.

Support the team in improving project workflows and processes.

Requirements:

Freshers are welcome to apply.

Bachelor's degree in any discipline is preferred.

Candidates from management, business, commerce, or other educational backgrounds are welcome to apply.

Good verbal and written communication skills.

Basic understanding of project management or coordination is an advantage.

Good organizational and time-management skills.

Comfortable working with teams and communicating with clients.

Basic knowledge of Google Sheets, MS Excel, and online collaboration tools.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

Willingness to learn and take initiative.

Ability to work independently in a remote work environment.
