UX/UI Design Intern | Global AI-Native Talent Intelligence Venture (Fully Remote)

We are looking for a UI/UX Intern to help shape the user experience and interface design of our AI-powered Talent Intelligence platform serving customers across the United States, United Kingdom, Europe, Australia, and the Middle East.

This is not a routine design internship.

You will work closely with founders, product leaders, engineers, customers, and business stakeholders while helping design intuitive workflows, user journeys, dashboards, customer portals, and AI-powered product experiences.

From day one, you will gain exposure to how modern SaaS and AI-powered products are researched, designed, tested, and continuously improved through customer feedback, product analytics, and iterative design.

We are seeking individuals who enjoy understanding user behavior, solving complex problems, creating intuitive experiences, and designing products that deliver measurable value for customers. You will be trusted with meaningful responsibilities, ownership, and opportunities to directly influence product experiences used by global customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Design intuitive and visually engaging user interfaces across web applications, dashboards, customer portals, and platform workflows

• Create user flows, wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for new and existing product features

• Work closely with founders, product teams, engineers, and users to understand business requirements and customer needs

• Conduct user research, usability studies, competitive analysis, and feedback reviews to identify design opportunities

• Improve customer journeys and optimize experiences across multiple product touchpoints

• Design workflows and experiences that simplify complex user interactions

• Contribute to the evolution of the platform's design system, visual language, and user experience standards

• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure accurate implementation of designs

• Create and maintain reusable design components and UI patterns

• Analyze user behavior, engagement trends, and feedback to improve usability and adoption

• Participate in product discussions, design reviews, and feature planning sessions

• Support product demonstrations and customer feedback sessions by helping communicate design decisions and user experience improvements

Candidate Profile

We are looking for individuals who:

• Are final-year students, recent graduates, or early-career professionals

• Are passionate about UI Design, UX Design, Product Design, and customer experience

• Have experience using Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design tools

• Are naturally curious about user behavior, product experiences, and design thinking

• Have strong visual communication skills and attention to detail

• Are interested in technology, AI, SaaS products, startups, and digital experiences

• Are comfortable receiving feedback and iterating quickly

• Are interested in building a career in UI/UX Design, Product Design, Interaction Design, or Customer Experience

Portfolio projects, personal design work, freelance assignments, hackathons, academic projects, or startup experience are valuable but not mandatory.
