About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Front-End Engineer with hands-on experience in Microsoft Power Pages to design and develop modern, responsive, and user-friendly web applications. The ideal candidate should have strong front-end development expertise combined with a solid understanding of the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem. You will work closely with solution architects, back-end developers, UI/UX designers, and business stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable, and engaging digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain responsive web portals using Microsoft Power Pages.
• Build intuitive, accessible, and visually appealing user interfaces that deliver an exceptional user experience.
• Develop reusable front-end components using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern web development practices.
• Customize Power Pages templates, layouts, forms, lists, and navigation components.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate wireframes and mockups into high-quality interfaces.
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsive design across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
• Optimize portal performance, page load times, and overall usability.
• Integrate Power Pages with Microsoft Dataverse, Power Platform services, and Dynamics 365 where required.
• Work closely with back-end developers to consume APIs and integrate business functionality.
• Implement web accessibility standards and follow industry best practices for UI development.
• Troubleshoot UI issues, perform debugging, and resolve production defects.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving development standards and best practices.
• Create and maintain technical documentation related to front-end development.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Pages.
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and responsive web development.
• Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and user-centric design.
• Experience customizing Power Pages templates, forms, and portal components.
• Knowledge of Bootstrap and responsive design frameworks.
• Experience integrating front-end applications with REST APIs and Microsoft Dataverse.
• Familiarity with version control tools such as Git or Azure DevOps.
• Understanding of web accessibility (WCAG) standards.
• Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).
• Exposure to Dynamics 365 integration.
• Familiarity with Liquid Templates, JavaScript libraries, and portal customization.
• Knowledge of Azure services is an added advantage.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Required Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in front-end development with relevant experience in Microsoft Power Pages.
