We are seeking an experienced HR Specialist to manage employee onboarding, payroll and compliance for our workforce. A strong understanding of California labor laws is required along with hands-on experience in benefits administration and HRIS systems.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage employee onboarding documentation and system setup
- Coordinate payroll processing accurately and on time using ADP or Paycom systems
- Ensure full compliance with labor laws and maintain HR records
- Administer benefits programs handle enrollments and respond to queries
- Maintain HRIS data and generate management reports
- Collaborate with teams to resolve HR issues efficiently
Qualifications Skills :
3–5 years of HR experience in U.S. operationsIn-depth understanding of California labor laws payroll and benefits administrationExperience with HRIS platforms such as ADP or PaycomHighly organized detail-oriented and able to manage multiple prioritiesStrong communication problem-solving skills
