We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to join our team on a work-from-home basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing candidates, and building strong relationships with potential hires. This role is suitable for candidates with 0-10 years of experience in recruitment.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for various positions.
• Conduct interviews and assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the roles.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and requirements.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to onboarding.
• Utilize various recruitment platforms and social media to attract talent.
• Maintain and update recruitment databases and records.
• Provide regular updates to the management regarding recruitment status.
• Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and industry professionals.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques.
• Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with social media platforms for recruiting purposes.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
