Sales officer

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate Leads: Identify and develop potential customers interested in financing construction equipment.
• Customer Engagement: Understand customer requirements and offer suitable loan products tailored to their needs.
• Sales Target Achievement: Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly loan disbursal targets.
• Documentation & Compliance: Ensure accurate and complete loan documentation in line with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, vendors, and existing customers to encourage repeat and referral business.
• Market Intelligence: Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments to better serve and advise customers.
• Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams including credit, operations, and legal to ensure smooth and timely loan processing.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activity, customer interactions, and loan pipeline status for regular reporting.
