Engineeer II, Field Services

Key Responsibilities:

Installation & Commissioning:

• Visit customer sites to install and commission PACs and Chillers.
• Ensure systems are operational according to manufacturer specifications.

Preventive & Breakdown Maintenance:

• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance to ensure optimal HVAC performance.
• Respond promptly to breakdown calls and troubleshoot technical issues efficiently.

Customer Support & Technical Guidance:

• Work closely with customers to understand requirements and provide solutions.
• Provide technical guidance on system operation, maintenance, and best practices.
• Maintain accurate service records using appropriate documentation systems.

Collaboration & Continuous Improvement:

• Collaborate with internal teams, including sales and engineering, to resolve issues.
• Proactively identify opportunities to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Professionalism & Safety:

• Uphold safety standards and protocols during all on-site activities.
• Demonstrate professionalism and high-quality service in interactions with customers and colleagues.

Travel & Interpersonal Skills:

• Willingness to travel to customer sites as required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and teams.
