Role Overview When a customer enquiries about Natura X services, the enquiry is routed to our Sales Team. Your role is to connect with the customer, understand the nature of their issue in detail, assess if it is a genuine enquiry, counsel them about our approach, convert it into a qualified lead, and forward it to our doctors for consultation. Key Responsibilities - Handle inbound customer enquiries via Call, WhatsApp & Chat. - Engage empathetically with customers to understand their concerns and gather relevant details. - Validate and qualify genuine enquiries. - Counsel and educate customers about Natura X's holistic care model. - Convert qualified enquiries into leads and coordinate with the doctor consultation team. - Maintain accurate lead records in CRM and ensure timely follow-ups. - Deliver a compassionate and high-quality customer experience. Skills & Requirements - Any Graduate can apply - Experience: Minimum 2-5 Years in Sales / Support / BPO (Customer support/Telecom Sales) /(D2C / Healthcare / Wellness preferred) - Languages: Fluency in English and Malayalam is MANDATORY. - Preferred: Fluency in Tamil and Kannada will be Highly Desirable. - Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills. - Empathetic, patient, and customer-first mindset. - Prior experience in Telesales / Customer Support is a plus.
