Job Summary :

We are looking for a seasoned Sales Operations Manager with 8+ years of experience in IT services to drive sales efficiency, process improvement, and data-driven decision-making. This role will work closely with sales leadership to support planning, forecasting, reporting, and overall sales enablement.

Key Responsibilities :

Streamline and optimize sales processes across geographies.
Manage CRM tools (Salesforce / Zoho) and ensure data accuracy.
Own sales forecasting, performance tracking, and pipeline reporting.
Design and manage incentive / commission plans.
Support territory planning, account allocation, and deal structuring.
Collaborate with delivery, finance, and marketing for operational alignment.
Lead onboarding, training, and enablement for the sales team.

Requirements :

8+ years in Sales Ops, preferably in IT Services.

Strong analytical and reporting skills (Excel, Power BI / Tableau).

Experience managing global sales processes (US).

Hands-on CRM experience (Salesforce, Zoho).

Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
