Architectural Intern at Urbanica

Remote only

Minimum duration : 1 month

I’m looking for an architectural intern to join me at Urbanica to work on thoughtful housing projects. The role is hands-on - you'll be working on real projects, from research and site plans to 3D models and permit drawings.

What You’ll Do :

  • Research local zoning rules and prepare preliminary site plans for new projects.
  • Work on schematic designs, 3D models, building permit applications, and construction documentation of residential and commercial architecture projects.
  • Create high-quality architectural drawings, renders, and presentations.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation.

What I’m Looking For :

  • Bachelor of Architecture student.
  • Available for a remote internship of at least one month.
  • A thoughtful design portfolio.
  • Solid skills in autocad, sketchup, and adobe suite.
  • Attention to detail and a strong eye for design.
