• Overall 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow admin activities, Configuration and development
• Strong expertise with ServiceNow specially with CMDB Module and Components
• Core ServiceNow modules like Incident, Problem, Change, Request Management
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and their implementation in ServiceNow
