Full Stack Developer - React.js / Node.js

Requirements :

• If you have 6+ years of product engineering experience with strong expertise in system design, backend architecture, and scaling production applications.
• Deep technical proficiency in Node.js with extensive hands-on experience across both SQL and NoSQL databases in production environments.
• Minimum 2 years of full-stack product development in high-growth startups or SaaS companies, with proven ability to deliver complex features end-to-end using React and Node.js .
• Execution-driven leadership with cross-functional collaboration expertise - demonstrated track record of shipping high-quality features rapidly while aligning with product and business stakeholders in fast-paced environments.
• Tech generalist approach - comfortable working across multiple technologies and systems, prioritizing breadth and adaptability over narrow specialization.
• AI-forward development experience with active use of generative AI tools for code generation, optimization, and productivity enhancement.
• Technical leadership experience, including mentoring engineers, conducting thorough design and code reviews, and establishing engineering standards that elevate team performance.
