Financial Compliance Manager

As we continue our rapid expansion, we are looking for a qualified and experienced finance professional to join our team.

Role & Responsibilities :

• Act as a strategic financial advisor to the leadership team, providing insights to drive key business decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial strategies with business objectives.
• Oversee financial operations, including cost accounting, accounts payable & receivable, general ledger management, financial reporting, auditing, and taxation.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Establish and maintain strong internal controls to safeguard the company's financial health.
• Support both internal and statutory audits, ensuring timely preparation of financial statements and compliance with audit requirements.
• Analyze and review Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss statements, ensuring financial accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with relevant tax laws and regulations while optimizing tax strategies.
• Collaborate with external auditors and tax advisors to minimize financial risks.
