Associate Line Feeding

Job Summary

The Associate – Line Feeding will be responsible for efficient management of warehouse stores, timely line feeding to production areas, and smooth coordination with internal teams. The role requires hands-on experience in warehouse operations, WMS usage, and material handling.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily stores operations including receiving, storage, and issuance of materials.
• Ensure timely and accurate line feeding to production/assembly lines as per schedule.
• Operate and update Warehouse Management System (WMS) for inventory tracking and material movement.
• Coordinate with production teams for demand planning and material requirements.
• Monitor stock levels, highlight shortages, and ensure replenishment.
• Maintain proper documentation for material inward/outward and line feeding transactions.
• Follow FIFO, safety standards, and warehouse SOPs.
• Assist in stock audits, cycle counting, and variance resolutions.
• Ensure smooth material flow to avoid line stoppage.
• Support process improvement initiatives in warehouse and line feeding operations.
  
  

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong understanding of warehouse operations and line feeding processes.
• Hands-on experience with WMS and basic MS Office.
• Ability to work in fast-paced warehouse environments.
