Eligibility

Qualification:

• 12th Pass + 3-Year Diploma OR Undergraduate & Above

Experience:

• Freshers with UG & Above can apply
• 6+ months of International BPO experience
• 1+ year of Domestic BPO experience

Additional Requirements:

• Good English communication skills
• Comfortable handling US customers over calls
• Customer-service-oriented approach
• Immediate joiners preferred
• Candidates from Maharashtra can apply
• Candidates willing to relocate to Mumbai can also be considered

Salary & Benefits

Freshers: 18,000 In-Hand + Joining Bonus

Work From Home

• Initial 2 months Work From Office
• WFH available after completion of 8 weeks of training, subject to company/process requirements
