Conneqt Digital is looking for a proactive and organized Recruitment Specialist to support our HR and administrative operations. This is a full-time, permanent role ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic work environment and has a passion for fostering smooth hiring processes and efficient office management.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Facilitate end-to-end hiring processes, including organizing interviews and conducting reference checks for shortlisted candidates.
- Manage attendance records and provide payroll inputs for accurate salary processing.
- Maintain and organize HR and administrative documents, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Update and maintain employee records and HR MIS.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors to ensure seamless administrative operations.
- Prepare regular reports on office expenses, budgets, and other operational metrics.
- Assist in audit management by preparing and organizing relevant documentation.
- Handle vendor management and oversee timely payments.
- Act as a liaison between departments to support smooth organizational functioning.
Qualifications
Educational : Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management.Experience : 3-5 years of experience in HR and Administration.Technical Skills : Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Soft Skills :Excellent written and verbal communication.Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.High level of accuracy, confidentiality, and attention to detail.Positive, proactive, self-motivated, and energetic individual.Why Join Us
