Student Counsellor

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Student Counsellor to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in providing support and guidance to students, helping them navigate personal, academic, and social challenges.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct individual and group counseling sessions for students.
• Assess students' needs and provide appropriate guidance and support.
• Develop and implement counseling programs to address student issues.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student well-being.
• Maintain accurate records of student interactions and progress.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, or related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work with diverse student populations.
• Knowledge of mental health issues and counseling techniques.
• Familiarity with educational systems and student development.
