Job description

We’re looking for a Sales Coordinator to join our Trivandrum Experience Centre. This role involves managing store operations, assisting customers, supporting online orders, and coordinating with artisans. Ideal for someone passionate about Indian crafts, retail, and customer experience.

Responsibilities

Manage store inventory & displays
Coordinate with artisans and vendors
Deliver excellent in-store customer experience

Qualifications

1–2 years in retail or ecommerce

Strong people skills & a love for handmade crafts

Fluent in English & Malayalam

Bonus Points

Interest in art, fashion, or sourcing

Students or graduates in Art / Fashion are encouraged to apply
