Position Overview :

We are seeking an experienced and highly driven Project Manager - Mining to lead and manage large-scale mining projects for our clients. The ideal candidate will bring in-depth technical expertise, project management capabilities, and strategic insights into both underground and open cast mining operations.

This is a client-facing role ideal for a professional with a strong consulting background and deep domain knowledge in mining.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead end-to-end delivery of mining projects, including feasibility studies, project planning, execution, and performance optimization.
• Engage with senior client stakeholders to understand business challenges and translate them into actionable project plans.
• Provide technical and strategic advisory for both underground and opencast mining projects.
• Coordinate multi-disciplinary project teams including geologists, mining engineers, financial analysts, and environmental consultants.
• Oversee project budgets, timelines, deliverables, and quality standards.
• Develop business cases, project proposals, and detailed reports for clients.
• Ensure regulatory, environmental, and safety compliance throughout project phases.
• Contribute to business development efforts by identifying opportunities and participating in client pitches.
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to internal knowledge development.
