Job Title : CLEO Integration Developer

Location : Remote

Working Hours : 3 : 00 PM – 12 : 00 AM IST

Experience : 5–10 Years

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled CLEO Integration Developer with extensive experience in integration development and hands-on expertise in Cleo Integration Cloud (CIC) . The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and managing end-to-end B2B / EDI integrations, ensuring seamless data exchange across diverse systems and partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain integrations using Cleo Integration Cloud (CIC) .
  • Build and optimize Rulesets for X12, EDIFACT, XML, JSON, and other structured formats.
  • Configure and manage API Consumer / Producer endpoints within CIC.
  • Set up and manage Inbound / Outbound Routes , Envelopes, and Code Tables.
  • Work on REST API design, development, authentication mechanisms (OAuth), and data transformations.
  • Ensure smooth processing of EDI transactions (X12, EDIFACT, flat files).
  • Troubleshoot integration failures, perform root cause analysis, and optimize system performance.
  • Collaborate closely with business teams, clients, and external partners to gather requirements and deliver high-quality integration solutions.
  • Provide ongoing support, enhancements, and documentation for integration workflows.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 5–10 years of overall IT experience , with strong focus on integration development.
  • 4+ years hands-on experience in Cleo Integration Cloud (CIC).
  • Proficiency in :
  • Ruleset Development (X12, EDIFACT, XML, CSV, JSON mappings)
  • API configuration (Consumer / Producer)
  • Envelope Setup & Management
  • Inbound / Outbound Route configuration
  • Code Table creation & maintenance
  • Strong understanding of EDI / B2B standards (X12, EDIFACT, Flat File).
  • Solid experience with REST APIs , JSON / XML data handling, and integration best practices.
  • Excellent debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
