Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to spearhead
growth in our Technology Integration Services, with a strong focus on the Enterprise and
BFSI sectors. This role demands strategic thinking, deep industry knowledge, and the ability
to build and nurture relationships with OEMs and key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Client Acquisition & Growth
o Identify, engage, and convert high-value enterprise and BFSI clients for
system integration and cybersecurity services
o Develop tailored proposals and pitch decks aligned with client needs and
industry trends
Solution Selling
o Promote cybersecurity, cloud, and infrastructure services with a consultative
approach
o Collaborate with technical teams to deliver customized solutions
OEM & Partner Management
o Build and maintain strategic relationships with OEMs and technology
partners
o Negotiate terms, drive joint GTM strategies, and ensure alignment with
product roadmaps
Market Intelligence & Strategy
o Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes in BFSI
and enterprise sectors
o Contribute to strategic planning and revenue forecasting
Cross-Functional Collaboration
o Work closely with delivery, pre-sales, and marketing teams to ensure
seamless execution
o Participate in industry events, webinars, and client workshops
Requirements
Proven experience (5+ years) in business development within system integration,
cybersecurity, or cloud services
Strong network in BFSI and enterprise verticals
Excellent understanding of OEM ecosystems (e.g., Palo Alto, Fortinet, Microsoft,
AWS, etc.)
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Bachelors degree in Engineering, IT, or Business (MBA preferred)
