Job Overview :

We are seeking a skilled Automation Specialist to develop and maintain automated workflows using Power Automate (Flow) to support business operations.

The ideal candidate will collaborate with stakeholders to analyze requirements, identify automation opportunities, and translate them into technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and deploy automated workflows to streamline business processes
• Integrate Power Automate with SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, and other applications
• Create custom connectors and leverage Power Apps
• Monitor and optimize existing flows for performance, reliability, and scalability
• Document workflow designs, configurations, and user guides for internal teams
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for automation-related issues
