Position objective :
We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to work closely with our HR team in Mumbai to support and strengthen our people initiatives. This role requires a proactive, collaborative, and detail-oriented HR professional with strong expertise in employee engagement, talent management, compliance, and organizational effectiveness. The HR Business Partner will collaborate across HR functions to design and implement initiatives that align with business objectives and enhance employee experience.
Key responsibilities areas-
HR Partnership & Collaboration
- Act as a key partner within the HR team, supporting the implementation and execution of people-related initiatives.
- Collaborate with different HR functions such as Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits, and Employee Engagement to ensure integrated solutions.
- Assist in resolving employee relations matters with fairness, confidentiality, and compliance.
- Contribute to enhancing HR processes and frameworks to support employee development and organizational growth.
Operational Execution
Support workforce planning, talent reviews, employee engagement surveys, and HR analytics projects.Provide data-driven insights to inform HR programs and decisions.Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies in all HR processes.Partner with HR team members to streamline operations and drive efficiency.Talent & Organizational Development
Help in identifying capability gaps and work with L&D to implement relevant training and development programs.Assist in succession planning, career development, and change management initiatives.Promote a culture of learning, inclusivity, and employee wellbeing through targeted interventions.Qualifications & Experience
Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.6-8 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 6+ years in an HR Business Partner role.Proven experience working in dynamic, fast-paced environments; experience in technology, renewable energy, or similar sectors is preferred.Key Skills & Competencies
