Job Description : CPQ / Billing / Revenue Recognition Developer – Lead – Architect

About The Role

We are seeking highly motivated Developers, Technical Leads, and Solution Architects with expertise across CPQ, Billing, Revenue Recognition, and Enterprise Integration platforms. The role involves designing, developing, and implementing scalable solutions that transform Lead-to-Cash, Subscription Management, and Revenue Operations using Salesforce Revenue Cloud, Zuora, NetSuite, and connected ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities

• Solution Design & Development
• Configure, customize, and extend Salesforce CPQ, Billing, and Revenue Cloud capabilities.
• Implement Revenue Recognition frameworks aligned with ASC 606 / IFRS 15 compliance.
• Integrate with Zuora, NetSuite, MuleSoft, and external ERP / finance systems.
• Leverage Salesforce Data Cloud and Agentforce to enable AI-driven automation and analytics.
• Technical Leadership (for Lead & Architect roles)
• Define end-to-end Lead-to-Cash architecture including integrations, data flows, and governance.
• Guide development teams on best practices, coding standards, and scalable solution design.
• Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and RCA (Root Cause Analysis) for complex issues.
• Collaboration & Delivery
• Work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and functional consultants to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Support data migration, validation, and reconciliation across CPQ, Billing, and ERP systems.
• Ensure security, compliance, and scalability of solutions.
• Drive innovation through AI adoption, process automation, and digital self-service enablement.
