Senior System Reliability Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Architect to lead the design and implementation of highly available, scalable, and resilient infrastructure solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of Kubernetes, AWS, and distributed systems, as well as expertise in Docker and containerized applications.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design and implement infrastructure using Terraform, Ansible, Helm, and other IaC tools.
• Define Service Level Indicators (SLIs), Service Level Objectives (SLOs), and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) across services.
• Lead incident management, including Root Cause Analysis (RCA), blameless postmortems, and remediation.
• Collaborate on scaling strategies, capacity planning, and performance tuning.
• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers.
• Partner with security teams on zero-trust, Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), Identity and Access Management (IAM), and compliance.
