Key Responsibilities

Assist in the development, customization, and maintenance of WordPress websites.

Help with building and modifying WordPress themes and plugins.

Ensure websites are responsive, user-friendly, and optimized for performance.

Support the team with front-end and back-end WordPress development tasks.

Help with troubleshooting and resolving WordPress-related issues and bugs.

Assist in setting up and configuring WordPress sites, themes, and plugins.

Collaborate with designers, developers, and content creators to implement web designs.

Stay up to date with the latest web development trends, best practices, and WordPress updates.

Qualifications

Current student or recent graduate in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field.

Basic understanding of WordPress, including themes, plugins, and the WordPress dashboard.

Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.

Understanding of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility.

Knowledge of website performance optimization techniques is a plus.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Eagerness to learn and improve technical skills.

Preferred Skills (Optional)

Experience with WordPress page builders (e.g., Elementor, WPBakery) is a plus.

Familiarity with version control tools like Git.

Basic knowledge of SEO best practices and website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).

Experience with hosting environments (e.g., cPanel, FTP) is a plus.
