Role & responsibilities

• Co-ordination with all Departments (Internally / Externally).
• Preparing Daily MIS.
• Raising Indent for Brach based on the requirements.
• Ensuring smooth patient flow.
• Minimizing the patient time and process.
• Co-ordinating with patients till they walk out.
• Maintaining Registers in Consultation room and Investigation Room.
• Maintaining employee attendance and monitoring staff leave and timings.
• Arranging alternative staff and doctors while they are on leave.
