You will contribute to the AP working capital management by performing full-cycle accounts payable functions such as vendor and invoice management, approval, and weekly disbursement activities, proactively ensuring AP processes comply with client Policy and internal controls.Minimum Qualifications : 3+ years of accounts payable experience in MNC environmentHigh proficiency in ERP SAP S / 4 HANA and OpenTextStrong proficiency in desktop applications such as Microsoft software such as Excel, Word, and PowerPointInterested in and passionate about pursuing automation and RPA projectsStrong written and verbal communication skills in EnglishAble to converse, read and write foreign languages such as Japanese, Korean, Spanish, Italian, French, or German will be a plusHigh attention to detail and strong analytical skillAble to work independently, under pressure, and extended hours during the month-end periodStrong problem-solving skills and ability to identify the issue and propose a solutionResponsibilities : Ensure timely and accurate processing of vendor invoices per SLAAnalyze, research, and resolve invoice discrepancies with appropriate internal and external resourcesAnswer vendor and internal customers AP related queriesPerform
