Role Description

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Influencer Marketing & Social Media Executive to manage creator collaborations and build a strong digital presence for the brand. The ideal candidate understands trends, loves content creation, and can manage influencer campaigns from planning to execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, evaluate and onboard influencers across Instagram, YouTube & other platforms.
  • Plan and execute influencer campaigns (barter, seeding & paid).
  • Coordinate deliverables, briefs, timelines, and approvals.
  • Build long-term creator relationships and maintain influencer databases.
  • Create monthly content calendars with reels, statics, stories & UGC ideas.
  • Write scripts, captions, and briefs for content shoots.
  • Monitor trends, competitor activities & platform updates.
  • Track analytics to enhance reach, engagement & conversions.

Skills & Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of Instagram, YouTube & short-form content.
  • Good communication, coordination & negotiation skills.
  • Creative mindset with an eye for trends and storytelling.
  • Basic understanding of analytics tools like Meta Insights, Creator Studio, etc.
  • Ability to multitask, organize work, and meet deadlines.
  • Prior experience in influencer marketing or social media (1–3 years preferred).
