Role Description This is a full-time remote role for an Account Executive at Ask Cruz. The Account Executive will manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, qualifying leads, delivering product demos, and closing new business. Day-to-day responsibilities include building and nurturing relationships with decision-makers, understanding client needs, and positioning Cruz’s solutions to address their data and decision-making challenges. The role involves collaborating with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience and long-term client satisfaction. The Account Executive will also track pipeline activity, maintain accurate CRM records, and provide feedback from the field to help refine sales strategy and product offerings. Qualifications Strong skills in prospecting, lead qualification, and pipeline management to drive consistent new business. Experience in consultative selling, solution-based sales, and delivering compelling product demonstrations. Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including C-level and senior decision-makers. Comfort working with data and technology solutions, ideally in SaaS, AI, analytics, or B2B software. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, both written and verbal. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment. Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently in a remote setting while collaborating across teams. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Experience selling into mid-market or enterprise accounts is a plus. Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and modern sales enablement platforms is beneficial.
