We're hiring: Sales Executive – Admissions (Student Recruitment) | Bengaluru, Whitefield (on-site) · Full-time · Immediate joining

Global Pathways College (GPC), a part of the Knowledgucate Group, recruits students into international degree programmes — delivered both online and through our network of remote campuses. As we grow our India admissions team, we're looking for sales professionals who can turn genuine interest into enrolments and guide students through one of the biggest decisions of their lives.

What you'll do • Recruit students into our online courses and distance-learning programmes across our remote campuses • Convert incoming enquiries into enrolments through WhatsApp, calls and face-to-face conversations • Understand each student's goals and recommend the right programme • Build trust with students and their families — relationship-led, never pushy • Work closely with our partner and agent network, and hit monthly intake targets.

What we're looking for • Prior experience recruiting students in the EdTech / higher-education space, for international degree programmes — across platforms, both online and on-campus • A consultative, target-driven approach and excellent spoken English (regional languages a plus) • Confidence on the phone, on WhatsApp and in person • 1- 3 years of relevant student-recruitment / admissions-sales experience.
