Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Technical Project Manager with over 6 years of experience to lead the delivery of complex, large-scale healthcare IT projects. You will act as the bridge between business stakeholders, medical professionals, and engineering teams to ensure compliance, security, and technical excellence.

Healthcare & Technical Domain Responsibilities

• Healthcare Process Integration: Map and optimize clinical workflows, hospital information systems (HIS), and electronic health record (EHR/EMR) life cycles. [1]
• Data Standards Compliance: Architect and enforce communication layouts matching HL7, FHIR, DICOM, and EDI standards.
• Privacy & Security Governance: Guarantee all product pipelines strictly respect regulatory frameworks including HIPAA, HITRUST, or regional data laws.
• Technical Oversight: Evaluate system architectures, manage API integrations, and guide software developers on health-tech limitations.

Project Management Responsibilities

• End-to-End Delivery: Direct product lifecycles across initialization, technical design, sprinting, testing, and production deployment.
• Agile Leadership: Facilitate Scrum frameworks, manage backlogs, remove team roadblocks, and run sprint ceremonies.
• Risk & Scope Management: Proactively detect technical dependencies, mitigate security risks, and handle change management requests.
• Vendor & Stakeholder Management: Align diverse engineering pods, medical product owners, and third-party healthcare vendors. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in IT project management, technical project management, or a related role.
• Proven experience managing software/technology projects from initiation to production.
• Strong experience working with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing healthcare or health-tech projects.
• Experience with healthcare integrations and interoperability.
• Knowledge of HIPAA, HL7, FHIR, EHR, EMR or healthcare compliance requirements.
• Experience managing large-scale enterprise applications or digital transformation initiatives.
