Venue Manager

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Venue Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our entertainment venue. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations, excellent customer experience, team performance, safety, and overall venue profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily venue operations and ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Lead, motivate, and manage the venue team to achieve operational and customer service standards.
• Ensure excellent guest experience and handle customer concerns professionally.
• Monitor sales, revenue, expenses, and venue performance.
• Manage manpower planning, scheduling, attendance, and team productivity.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.
• Coordinate with HR, Marketing, Finance, Maintenance, and other departments.
• Monitor cleanliness, maintenance, safety, and overall venue presentation.
• Plan and oversee birthday parties, events, promotions, and special activities.
• Prepare operational reports and provide regular updates to management.
• Identify opportunities to improve operations, customer satisfaction, and revenue.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in venue, retail, hospitality, F&B, entertainment, or similar operations.
• Proven experience in team leadership and people management.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
• Strong understanding of sales, revenue, and operational KPIs.
• Ability to work flexible hours, weekends, and holidays.
• Experience in a family entertainment center or similar environment is an advantage.
