Archicad Modeler

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented ArchiCAD Modeler to join our Architecture BIM team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in ArchiCAD, working knowledge of Autodesk Revit, and experience delivering Dubai/UAE architectural projects. The candidate will be responsible for developing accurate BIM models, preparing construction documentation, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring project deliverables meet client and company quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain accurate architectural BIM models using ArchiCAD.

Create detailed 3D models, floor plans, elevations, sections, and construction drawings.

Prepare BIM models as per project requirements (LOD 200-400).

Produce architectural documentation, schedules, and quantity take-offs.

Coordinate architectural models with Structural and MEP disciplines.

Perform model reviews and resolve clashes using BIM coordination workflows.

Update BIM models based on design revisions, RFIs, and client comments.

Ensure compliance with company BIM standards, project specifications, and quality procedures.

Support projects requiring Autodesk Revit for modeling and coordination.

Export and manage project files in IFC, DWG, RVT, PLN, and PDF formats.

Coordinate with Architects, BIM Coordinators, Engineers, and Project Managers to ensure timely project delivery.

Maintain organized project documentation and model versions throughout the project lifecycle.

Adhere to project schedules and deliver high-quality work within established deadlines.

Qualifications:

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

2-5 years of experience in Architectural BIM Modeling.

Strong proficiency in ArchiCAD.

Working knowledge of Autodesk Revit.

Good understanding of architectural construction drawings and detailing.

Knowledge of BIM workflows, LOD standards, and model coordination.

Familiarity with IFC, DWG, PDF, and other BIM data exchange formats.

Experience with Navisworks, BIM 360/Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), or Solibri is an added advantage.

Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Good knowledge of IFC workflows, model exchange, import/export, and coordination between BIM platforms.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working on UAE architectural projects is highly preferred.

Experience in residential, commercial, hospitality, mixed-use, or high-rise building projects.

Familiarity with BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and ISO 19650 standards.

Experience coordinating architectural models with Structural and MEP disciplines on multidisciplinary BIM projects.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Strong attention to detail, quality, and time management.
