Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver daily Hindi instruction for Classes I–V using CBSE syllabus-aligned lesson plans, emphasizing reading, writing, speaking, and comprehension.
- Design interactive classroom activities—poetry recitals, story-telling, role-plays, and writing workshops—to foster linguistic confidence and creativity.
- Assess student progress through formative and summative evaluations, maintaining accurate records and providing timely feedback to parents and coordinators.
- Collaborate with grade-level teams to integrate Hindi across subjects (e.g., social studies, moral science) and plan interdisciplinary projects.
- Create a culturally rich, inclusive classroom environment that celebrates Hindi literature, folklore, and regional expressions.
- Participate in faculty meetings, professional development workshops, and school events to support institutional growth and student well-being.
Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have
- BA/MA in Hindi or equivalent with B.Ed from a recognized university
- Proficiency in Hindi literature, grammar, and pedagogy for primary levels
- CBSE teaching experience (preferred, but not mandatory for exceptional candidates)
- Classroom management and behavior guidance skills
- Ability to design age-appropriate learning materials and assessments
- Basic computer literacy for attendance, reporting, and digital resource integration
Preferred
- Experience teaching in rural or semi-urban Bihar schools
- Knowledge of NCERT textbooks and activity-based learning methodologies
- Fluency in local dialects (Bhojpuri, Magahi) to connect with students and parents
