Role Description The Site Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Kochi, responsible for overseeing day-to-day activities at project sites. This role includes supervising construction and interior execution work, coordinating with contractors, vendors, and design teams, and ensuring adherence to drawings, specifications, safety standards, and timelines. The Site Supervisor will monitor material usage and quality, manage site documentation such as daily reports and progress updates, and assist in resolving on-site issues in collaboration with project managers and designers. The position also involves conducting regular inspections, communicating project status to stakeholders, and supporting smooth handover of completed spaces. Qualifications - Strong skills in site supervision, construction management, and coordination of interior contracting activities. - Ability to read and interpret architectural, interior, and technical drawings, with attention to detail and quality standards. - Knowledge of building materials, finishes, installation methods, and basic safety and compliance requirements. - Effective communication and interpersonal skills for working with clients, contractors, vendors, and design teams. - Proven organizational and time-management skills, including tracking progress, managing schedules, and maintaining site records. - Experience in residential, commercial, or institutional interior projects; prior supervisory experience on site is preferred. - Diploma or degree in civil engineering, architecture, interior design, or a related field is beneficial. - Proficiency with basic office software; familiarity with project management or site reporting tools is an advantage.
