Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Service Coordinator to coordinate service activities, customer complaints, technician schedules, and after-sales support. The candidate will act as a bridge between customers, service technicians, and the service management team.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily service and repair activities.
• Handle customer service requests, complaints, and follow-ups.
• Schedule service appointments and assign jobs to technicians.
• Maintain service records, job cards, and customer information.
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of service jobs.
• Follow up on pending repairs, spare parts, and warranty-related issues.
• Communicate service updates to customers professionally.
• Monitor service turnaround time and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare daily/weekly service reports and MIS.
• Coordinate with the sales, spare parts, and technical teams when required.
• Ensure proper documentation of service and warranty claims.
• Handle customer queries related to EV service, maintenance, and repairs.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good customer-handling and problem-solving abilities.
• Basic knowledge of automobiles/EVs and service operations.
• Good coordination and follow-up skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
• Ability to manage multiple service requests efficiently.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Preferred Candidate

• Experience in automobile/EV service coordination or after-sales support will be an advantage.
• Candidates with strong communication and customer-handling skills are preferred.
• Immediate joiners can be considered.
