Talent Acquisition Head

CLIENT : Leading thermal power & energy entity looking for a TALENT ACQUISITION LEADER for fueling niche talent availability across thermal, nuclear and energy sectorsin engineering,design and project management roles.

Key Result Area

• Develop and execute the talent acquisition strategy aligned with the organization's business expansion plans in the thermal, nuclear, and power generation sectors.
• Lead large-scale recruitment campaigns for greenfield and brownfield power generation projects.
• Build a sustainable talent pipeline for emerging and future manpower requirements.
• Drive end-to-end recruitment across engineering, design, procurement, construction, commissioning, operations, maintenance, commercial, finance, HR, legal, HSE, and project management functions.
• Establish strong talent mapping and market intelligence for the power and energy ecosystem.
• Develop relationships with EPC companies, utilities, engineering consultancies, OEMs, and industry professionals to create a continuous leadership pipeline.
• Partner closely with business leaders to understand workforce planning and forecast future hiring needs.

Incumbent profile:

The ideal candidate should possess:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering; an MBA in Human Resources or a related discipline is preferred.
• Minimum 15 years of dedicated Talent Acquisition leadership experience within the thermal power, nuclear power, conventional energy, EPC, or allied infrastructure sectors.
• Proven track record of managing high-volume, multi-location hiring for technical and engineering roles.
• Deep understanding of the talent landscape across thermal power generation, nuclear energy, EPC contracting, engineering consulting, heavy manufacturing, and utility operations.
