Scripting

• PowerShell

Good-to-Have:

• Experience with Virtualization technologies such as App-V and VMware.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Intune Application Packaging.
• Experience with Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD).
• Understanding of software lifecycle management.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and ServiceNow.
• Experience supporting enterprise-wide software rollouts.

Essential:

• Create, customize, and maintain application packages using MSI, MSIX, App-V, and other packaging technologies.
• Perform package validation, testing, and quality assurance activities before production deployment.
• Analyze installation requirements and package applications according to enterprise standards.
• Troubleshoot packaging-related issues and resolve application deployment failures.
• Conduct compatibility testing across multiple Windows operating systems.
• Support software deployment through MECM/SCCM, Intune, or other endpoint management tools.
• Review package quality, compliance, and security requirements.
• Create package deployment documentation and installation guidelines.
• Perform application conflict analysis and remediation.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, desktop engineering, security, and application support teams.
• Ensure packaging processes follow ITIL and change management procedures.
• Support migration projects, OS upgrades, and application modernization initiatives.

Minimum Qualification:

• 15 years of full-time education
• Minimum percentile of 50% in 10th, 12th, UG & PG (if applicable)
