Finance & AI Associate

NSQ Tech is looking for a smart, curious and ambitious commerce graduate who is excited about working in a technology and AI-driven environment.

This is not a conventional accounts role. Most routine processes at NSQ Tech are already automated or handled by AI agents. Your job is to understand these processes, work with the agents, handle exceptions, solve problems and help make the systems better.

What You'll Do

Work with AI agents and automated finance workflows.

Review outputs, investigate exceptions and resolve issues.

Help set up, test and continuously improve processes.

Coordinate with customers, vendors and internal teams when human intervention is needed.

Pitch in on related business operations and customer support when required.

Who We're Looking For

B.Com or similar background; freshers are welcome.

Comfortable with technology and keen to learn AI tools.

Analytical, organised and good at figuring things out.

Good communication skills and confidence dealing with people.

Someone who takes ownership rather than waits for instructions.

Most importantly, curious and ambitious about where technology can take their career.

This role may not be for you if you're looking for a traditional accounting job doing routine bookkeeping and following fixed processes.

For the right person, this is an opportunity to start with finance and grow into a broader role spanning AI, processes and business
