Role Description The Manager – Integrated Media, PR & Brand Communication is a full-time, on-site role based in Jodhpur. This role is responsible for developing and executing integrated media and communication strategies that strengthen the brand's visibility and reputation across traditional, digital, and social platforms. Day-to-day activities include planning and managing PR campaigns, drafting and distributing press releases, building and maintaining media relationships, and monitoring coverage and sentiment. The role also involves overseeing social media marketing initiatives, ensuring consistent and aligned messaging, coordinating with internal stakeholders and agencies, and tracking performance metrics to optimize communication efforts. The manager will work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to support product launches, brand initiatives, and thought leadership in the Ayurveda and wellness space.
Qualifications
  • Candidates should possess strong Communication and Strategic Communications skills to craft clear, persuasive, and consistent brand messages.
  • Candidates should possess expertise in Press Releases and Media Relations to manage PR outreach, handle media queries, and secure effective coverage.
  • Candidates should possess proficiency in Social Media Marketing to drive engagement, manage brand presence, and integrate campaigns across digital channels.
  • Candidates should possess experience in integrated brand communication, including campaign planning, content development, and message alignment across channels.
  • Candidates should possess strong analytical and reporting skills to measure communication outcomes, interpret media metrics, and refine strategies based on insights.
  • Candidates should possess excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills to work with leadership, marketing, product, and external partners.
  • Relevant experience in FMCG, wellness, Ayurveda, or healthcare sectors and familiarity with Indian media and digital ecosystems are beneficial.
  • A bachelor's or master's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field is preferred, along with several years of experience
