Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Architectural Draughtsman with 6–10 years of experience

in an architecture firm. The candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate architectural

drawings, working drawings, detailed drawings, and construction documentation while

coordinating with architects, consultants, engineers, and site teams.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare detailed architectural drawings including plans, elevations, sections, and

working drawings.

Develop detailed construction and execution drawings based on architect/consultant

requirements.

Prepare GFC (Good for Construction) drawings and detailed architectural drawings.

Coordinate architectural drawings with structural, MEP, and interior design

requirements.

Prepare detailed joinery, staircase, door/window, flooring, ceiling, and other architectural

details.

Revise drawings based on client, architect, consultant, and site requirements.

Ensure all drawings follow company standards, project specifications, and applicable

building requirements.

Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, and site teams to resolve

drawing-related issues.

Prepare drawings for authority submissions when required.

Maintain proper drawing registers, revisions, and documentation.

Review drawings for accuracy, dimensions, levels, annotations, and construction

feasibility.

Assist architects and project teams with technical drawing requirements.

Ensure timely completion and submission of drawings as per project schedules.

Required Qualifications

Diploma/Degree in Architecture / Architectural Drafting or a related field.

6–10 years of relevant experience in an architecture, design, or construction firm.

Strong proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory.

Knowledge of Revit, SketchUp, Photoshop, or other architectural software will be an

advantage.

Strong understanding of architectural construction details and building materials.

Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.

Good knowledge of working drawings and construction documentation.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Good coordination and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects within deadlines.
